OUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS ARE FULLY ACCREDITED AND CERTIFIED AND ARE CONSTANTLY OPEN TO REVIEW TO ENSURE THEY REMAIN CURRENT.
Gartner Rose has developed and implemented policies for Quality, Safety and Environment to reflect the organisations commitment to continuously improve the management of these disciplines across all our operations. Our internal Systems Manager oversees all company procedures and systems where quality, safety and the environment are concerned.
Environmental Management
Gartner Rose has an Environmental Management System that is fully accredited to ISO 14001.
Gartner Rose promotes environmentally safe working conditions for its employees and subcontractors, focusing on the awareness of environmental issues and protection measures.
Our internal Environmental and Sustainability Manager ensures our projects are working towards the highest ISCA sustainability rating to support our commitment to a more sustainable outcome within infrastructure, whilst working closely with our site teams to guarantee our projects are compliant with each project CEMP and align with company policies.
Beyond Gartner Rose’s commitment to recognising the importance of protecting the environment, the company strives to reduce environmental impacts, as well as enhance the environment in which we operate. In support of this, Gartner Rose completes routine Environmental Monitoring and Site Environmental Inspections.
Safety Management
Gartner Rose has a Safety Management System that is fully accredited to ISO 45001. Gartner Rose also has Federal Safety Accreditation.
Site specific safety plans and stringent safety measures are implemented across all our projects to promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all personnel on site. We appreciate the absolute importance of WHS in the workplace and are proud of our record.
Gartner Rose has an internal Safety Manager and internal Safety & Environmental Officer. The Safety Manager is responsible for the establishment and implementation of Site Safety Management Plans, working with the Gartner Rose team to ensure the safe delivery of our projects. He works closely with each site team to ensure they understand their requirements, anticipate and recognise risks and effectively implement the Safety Management System.
Gartner Rose has a documented Safety Policy operating across the company, which aims to achieve high levels of work health and safety performance whilst providing a safe working environment. The policy is clearly displayed, and all employees receive a copy at their induction. Subcontractors also receive a copy of the policy upon engagement.
Quality Management
Gartner Rose has a Quality Management System that is fully accredited to ISO 9001.
Gartner Rose is fully committed to meeting the needs and expectations of our clients by ensuring that quality objectives have been established, reviews undertaken by management and that resources are available to undertake the work. All teams are made aware that Quality is the responsibility of all workers of Gartner Rose and are encouraged to provide quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
